In the reality, it was the obvious next step that would save time and paper for this company that specializes in the training and authorization of engineers for lifeboats. We were asked to develop a web-based application that would enable them to identify the engineers’ qualifications by simply scanning their ID card. The new application has a dual functionality that serves both the surveyor and the company that monitors and provides authorization for these qualifications. The introduction of the application helped them streamline and optimize their daily operations all over the world.
